Service Suite Cloud (the "App", "we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by TechCrast Software Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application and related services. By using Service Suite Cloud you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information to enable App features and improve user experience.

a. User‑Provided Data

• Full name, phone number, and email address.
• Organization or business name and related profile details.
• Profile photo and documents uploaded by you (for identity or record keeping).
• Transaction and activity data related to your account (invoices, payments, logs).

b. Automatically Collected Data

• Network status (e.g., online/offline connectivity) to manage synchronization and API access.
• Location data (approximate or precise) when required for location-based features such as office or branch tracking — only collected if you grant permission.
• Camera access when you use in-app photo capture or document upload features. Photos are processed only within the App and uploaded securely to our server.
• Log data: IP address, timestamps, crash reports, and usage statistics.

Note: The App does not collect device information such as model, OS version, or advertising identifiers. All permissions requested are strictly limited to core features like camera, location, and network access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
• To create and manage user accounts and authenticate access.
• To process transactions and maintain records related to your account.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security incidents, or abuse.
• To send service-related notices, updates, and administrative messages.
• For internal analytics and performance monitoring to improve the App.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information in limited situations:

• Service providers: The App connects only to our secure backend API for processing requests. No other external third-party service directly receives user data.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, legal process, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
• Business transfers: If TechCrast Software Solutions engages in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The App does not share data with advertising or social media networks and does not integrate third-party SDKs that track users.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you would like your account and associated personal data deleted, please contact us (see Contact section). We will process deletion requests and remove data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Examples include:

• Use of TLS (HTTPS) to secure data in transit.
• Access controls and restricted access to production data.
• Regular updates to server software and security monitoring.

While we strive to protect your information, no security measure is perfect. You agree to use the App at your own risk.

6. Children’s Privacy

Service Suite Cloud is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will remove the data promptly.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond according to applicable law.

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. We take appropriate steps to ensure adequate protections when transferring personal data internationally.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post a prominent notice within the App or update the Effective Date at the top of this page.
